We are the official dealers of all the products that we supply.
The retail prices shown are exclusive of V.A.T. at 17.5%. Certain items are eligible for V.A.T. relief for those who are registered chronically sick or disabled. When this applies the V.A.T. will be deducted in the checkout stage.
The price does not include postage and packaging, this is dependant on weight and charged accordingly. This applies to Uk mainland.
Payment can be made on-line, by Visa/Mastercard or debit card. Delivery of goods will normally be made within 3 to14 days. However, some specialist items are made to order, in this case we will be able to give you an approximate delivery date.
As stated in the Distance Selling Regulations, in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7 days. This is as long as the said goods are in their original packaging and undamaged. All items returned will be subject to a 15% administration and handling charge. Incontinence products and products that carry the risk of contamination are not included in this affirmation.
