PAYMENT

We accept Maestro, Visa and Mastercard cards.

Alternatively if you do not wish to pay online, cheques and postal orders should be made out to "Byw Bywyd Life).

SECURITY

We do not store of any of our customers details online.

All payments are processed securely through the HSBC secure e payment site. This site recently won the 2007 credit card awards for Best Security/ Anti - Fraud development.

PRIVACY

We do NOT pass on our customers details to ANY third party. We also have an "opt out" option for readers of our quarterly newsletter.

SHIPPING

We are happy to deliver worldwide, if you would like an item shipped to outside the United Kingdom please contact us on 01248 717 500 to discuss charges and delivery times.

DELIVERY

Items will be delivered between 3 - 14 days. In the case of specialist items which are made to order, delivery times will take longer. Delivery times for specialist items will be confirmed after the order has been placed.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that  you are dissatisfied with your order please return the product undamaged and in its original packaging to Byw Bywyd Cyf, Star showroom, Gaerwen, Anglesey, LL60 6AY. Please note that there will be a 15% administration charge incurred.

Incontinence products and products that carry the risk of contanimation are non returnable.
